By accessing or using the NairobiTix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchasing

All ticket sales are final. NairobiTix acts as a platform for event organizers and is not responsible for the actual event execution or cancellations. In case of cancellation, refunds are handled according to the specific organizer's policy.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the ticket purchase process. Tickets are delivered electronically via the email provided. You must protect your ticket QR codes and IDs.

4. Organizer & Affiliate Conduct

Organizers must provide accurate event information. Affiliates must not engage in spam or deceptive marketing practices. NairobiTix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

NairobiTix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
